Als projectmanager vastgoedontwikkeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van vastgoedprojecten in Delft en/of Hillegom. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in een hybride omgeving.
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een energieke professional met ervaring in vastgoedprojecten en bent inzetbaar in verschillende disciplines zoals vastgoedontwikkeling, risicomanagement en projectbeheersing. Ervaring binnen woningcorporaties is een pré. Je begint de dag met een positieve instelling, bent flexibel, proactief en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Je hebt een sterke project- en procesmatige focus en de ambitie om samen met het team te groeien.
