As Creative Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our in-house Creative Studio, which serves various brands including albelli, Photobox, Hofmann, posterXXL, önskefoto, and fotoknudsen. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that creative campaigns and projects are effectively planned, prioritized, and delivered, while advancing the Studio's capabilities to be more scalable and AI-enabled. A significant aspect of this role involves streamlining workflows, implementing automation, and fostering AI-driven practices across briefing, planning, resource management, and creative execution.

The Role

•

Lead the planning and execution of creative campaigns across various brands and markets, from initial brief to final assets.

•

Ensure effective prioritization of Studio work based on campaign strategies, business requirements, and team capacity.

•

Spearhead the integration of automation, tools, and AI-enhanced workflows within the Creative Studio to boost efficiency and scalability.

•

Utilize AI-driven planning and workflow tools to enhance visibility of priorities, timelines, dependencies, resources, and project progress.

•

Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand, Product Marketing, Channel, and Commercial teams to facilitate effective project delivery.

•

Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and production partners to align on timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

•

Drive enhancements in Creative Studio operations, workflows, and processes from briefing to delivery.

•

Monitor content production budgets and manage operational expenditures to ensure adherence to investment levels.

•

Support and mentor the Creative Operations Specialist.
