Als leerling in de grond-, water- en wegenbouw (GWW) bij Heijmans Infra krijg je de kans om te leren in een dynamische omgeving. Je werkt aan projecten variërend van de reconstructie van wegen tot de aanleg van nieuwbouwwijken, altijd onder begeleiding van ervaren vakmensen.
De Rol
Je werkt vier dagen per week op projecten en gaat één dag per week naar een ROC. Je leert alles wat een GWW-leermeester doet, van asfaltreparatie tot het leggen van kabels en het aanleggen van drainage. Veiligheid staat voorop; je behaalt je VCA-diploma en neemt deel aan ons veiligheidsprogramma GO! Je hebt de mogelijkheid om je mbo-diploma te halen en verzekerd te zijn van een vaste baan.
