De Rol

Als manager ben jij de spil van de zaak tijdens de piekmomenten én de motor overdag. Je bereidt de clubavonden bij FERRY voor, begeleidt het team en jaagt de sfeer en verkoop aan.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Je maakt de roosters en zorgt dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek staan.

•

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorraad en de bestellingen. Misgrijpen is geen optie.

•

Je bereidt partijen, borrels en verjaardagen voor en zorgt dat iedereen met een glimlach de deur uitgaat.

•

Je houdt je hoofd koel als er gekke of onverwachte dingen gebeuren.
