In deze rol als Technical Consultant bij ICT Group verbeter je bedrijfsprocessen en begeleid je klanten van het eerste idee tot een succesvolle oplevering. Je vertaalt wensen naar technische oplossingen, stelt de scope en planning op, en bewaakt de voortgang. Samen met collega's en externe partners realiseer je projecten die echt impact maken. Je draagt ook bij aan project- en changemanagement en coacht junior teamleden binnen de unit Industry aan uitdagende industriële automatiseringsprojecten.

Duidelijke scope bewaking voor opdrachten en werkzaamheden.
•
Ontwikkeling en programmering, afhankelijk van het project.
•
Documenteren en vastleggen van afspraken.
•
Functionele documentatie en handleidingen schrijven.
•
De discussie met de klant durven aangaan om samen tot een hoger niveau te komen.
•
Offertes schrijven, onder begeleiding van sales.
•
Opbouwen van goede relaties met nieuwe en huidige klanten van ICT Group.
