In deze rol ondersteun je installateurs en klanten bij technische vragen over airconditioningsystemen en installatiematerialen. Je stelt offertes op, verwerkt garantieaanvragen en begeleidt het afhandelingsproces. Daarnaast verwerk je werkbonnen van Field Service Engineers, controleert en verwerkt facturen, en beheert de centrale mailbox. Je denkt mee over technische en commerciële verbeteringen van ons assortiment en deelt jouw productkennis met collega's en klanten.
Functie-eisen
•
MBO werk- en denkniveau.
•
Interesse in techniek, bij voorkeur in airconditioning.
•
Bij voorkeur F-gassen certificaat categorie 1 of 2 (of bereidheid om deze te behalen).
•
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en makkelijk schakelen met verschillende klanten.
•
Commerciële denkwijze en plezier in het helpen van klanten.
•
Leergierig en open voor opleidingen en ontwikkeling.
•
Teamspeler met een sterke teamspirit.
•
Proactief in het oppakken van vragen of problemen.
•
Technische kennis van airconditioningsystemen is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
