As a Senior Project Manager Electronics Systems, you will spearhead the development of complete modules or products, emphasizing system design, electronics, and embedded software. You will collaborate with clients in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment sectors, both within the Brainport region and beyond. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming high-tech ideas into reality, such as wafer steppers, electron microscopes, or medical devices.

In this role, you will lead complex projects with multidisciplinary teams focused on system design, electronics, and embedded software. Your responsibilities will include:

•

Collaborating with the account manager and technical team to prepare quotations.

•

Developing project plans and monitoring timelines, budgets, and product costs until final acceptance.

•

Engaging with all stakeholders, including team members, colleagues, and clients.

•

Daily management of the project team, fostering an inspiring work environment.

•

Ensuring quality standards and a smooth transition to production.

•

Managing risks and project scope effectively.

•

Preparing progress reports for internal and client use.

•

Facilitating a seamless transfer to production (NPI) by involving production teams in the development process timely.

Jouw Toekomstige Werkplek

This is what you bring to the table:

•

A technical degree at a higher professional or university level, preferably in electronics, with at least 10 years of experience as a project leader or project manager.

•

Proven experience in estimating and executing projects in electronics and embedded software, with a pragmatic approach and a strong focus on quality.

•

Sufficient technical and commercial knowledge to bridge the gap between clients and the technical team.

•

Flexibility to adapt to changing customer requirements while maintaining agreements.

•

Experience in outsourcing production or transferring it to a production department, with knowledge of DfX being an advantage.

•

Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

•

Familiarity with project management methodologies and certified processes, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 being a plus.
