Algemene beschrijving

Als CNC-draaier werk je met CNC-draaibanken (met o.a. Siemens- en/of Fanuc-besturing) en conventionele machines om onderdelen te bewerken. Je bedient zelf de CNC-draaibank en maakt en corrigeert de programma’s voor het draaien. Je meet de bewerkte onderdelen met meetgereedschap en helpt eventueel op andere afdelingen als dat nodig is. De functie is in een 4-ploegendienst, waarvoor je een toeslag ontvangt.

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken

•

Je werkt met verschillende soorten CNC-machines, evenals conventionele draaibanken, voor het bewerken van diverse slijtdelen;

•

Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen;

•

Je programmeert en stelt machines zelfstandig in conform gestelde eisen;

•

Je controleert of de gemaakte onderdelen voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen;

•

Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkplek altijd veilig en opgeruimd is (volgens de 5S-methode) door het uitdragen van het veiligheidsbeleid;

•

Je voert functie uit aan de hand van de binnen ANDRITZ FEED & BIOFUEL B.V. geldende procedures en instructies, en volgt aanwijzingen vanuit de direct leidinggevende, voorschriften en beleid nauwkeurig op;

•

Je werkt volgens Lean principes om slimmer en efficiënter te werken.
