Your Role

As a Senior Immigration Specialist, you will support employees during their relocation, helping them feel at home with a focus on immigration. You will oversee our immigration operations at Settly, delivering comprehensive case management for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

Manage immigration operations at Settly, providing end-to-end case management.

•

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders regarding immigration policies, timelines, and compliance risks.

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and driving customer satisfaction.

•

Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and support long-term success.

•

Optimize and automate processes using tools and AI technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.

•

Handle escalations, identify root causes, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

•

Collaborate with internal teams on international expansion and product development to facilitate talent mobility.

•

Liaise with vendors to ensure high-quality communication and deliverables, managing client expectations.

•

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, establishing development goals and offering feedback.

•

Support clients with 30% ruling applications, with training provided as needed.

•
