Adapt delivery style and content depth for audiences ranging from novice users to experienced IT administrators.

•

Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations to ensure objectives are met and continuously improved.

•

Serve as a product knowledge resource during training, addressing technical questions and escalating issues as needed.

•

Design and produce self-paced training courses using authoring tools, including scripting, storyboarding, recording, and editing content.

•

Publish and maintain courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

•

Collaborate with the Services Organizational Readiness Team to identify training needs for new product releases and updates.

•

Develop internal technical enablement sessions to prepare customer-facing staff for new releases.

•

Create standardized training templates and establish development standards for consistency across materials.

•

Engage and guide subject matter experts in converting technical knowledge into structured training content.

•

Maintain a repository of SME-sourced knowledge assets and ensure content is current.
