We are a mid-sized, independent shipbroking firm based in the Netherlands, active in ship sale & purchase, newbuilding negotiations, and market analysis across European short sea dry cargo, bulker, tanker, container, and offshore vessels. We're looking for a Junior S&P Shipbroker to join our team and grow with us. This is a hands-on role where you'll build real S&P dealmaking skills alongside experienced brokers, from client conversations through to closing, with the freedom to bring your own commercial experience or talents to the table. You'll get early exposure to real transactions and build a career in one of the most relationship-driven corners of international shipping.
Wat we zoeken:

Vloeiende Nederlandse spreker (native of bijna native), met sterke professionele Engelse vaardigheden
•
Sterke analytische, redenerings- en communicatieve vaardigheden
•
Een oprechte interesse in de scheepvaart en de maritieme wereld, in Europa en wereldwijd
•
Van nature nieuwsgierig - een goede luisteraar die goede vragen stelt, niet alleen een makkelijke prater
•
Comfortabel met het opnemen van de telefoon en het opbouwen van relaties met mensen die je nog nooit hebt ontmoet
•
Flexibel en bereid om onregelmatige uren te werken wanneer een transactie dat vereist
•
Veerkrachtig - in staat om te gaan met tegenslagen, trage deals en afwijzingen zonder energie te verliezen
•
Discreet en betrouwbaar met vertrouwelijke commerciële informatie
•
