This role offers the chance to develop cutting-edge bioinformatics solutions that enhance genomic analysis and precision medicine. You will design, build, and optimize scalable pipelines for processing complex genomic data to support clinical applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Proven experience in developing bioinformatics algorithms and building genomic data processing pipelines.
•
Strong programming skills in Python; experience with additional scripting languages such as Perl is advantageous.
•
Solid understanding of genomics, genetics, molecular biology, and biological data analysis.
•
Experience with databases, data management, and data integration techniques.
•
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and containerization technologies like Docker.
•
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Linux environments.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•
Ability to manage technical challenges independently while contributing positively to team objectives.
