Als Visual Merchandising Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een inspirerende en consistente klantervaring. Je leidt, coacht en ontwikkelt jouw Visual Merchandising-team om visuele en commerciële standaarden te waarborgen.
Wat je gaat doen

Zorgdragen voor de uitvoering van de visuele en commerciële presentatie volgens de winkelrichtlijnen voor een geweldige klantervaring.

Analyseren van verkoopdoelen, ontwikkelen van optimalisatieacties en deze samen met je team doelgericht uitvoeren om de verkoop en commerciële impact te vergroten.

Aansturen van je Visual Merchandising-team in de organisatie, planning en prioritering van taken, in afstemming met het Store Management Team.
•
Coachen en ontwikkelen van je team om mode- en trendbewustzijn te stimuleren en de visuele en commerciële vaardigheden binnen het hele winkelteam te versterken.
