In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van een wereldwijde workforce door het beheren van apparaten, software, netwerken en beveiligingsoplossingen in verschillende omgevingen. Je combineert hands-on technische ondersteuning, infrastructuurbeheer, probleemoplossing en procesverbetering. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het handhaven van een soepele dagelijkse operatie en helpt de IT-normen en beveiligingspraktijken te versterken.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Bied technische ondersteuning aan medewerkers in Windows-, macOS- en Linux-omgevingen.
•
Installeer, configureer, onderhoud en los werkstations, software, randapparatuur en IT-apparatuur op.
•
Beheer en prioriteer technische verzoeken via ticketingsystemen zoals Jira.
•
Diagnoseer en los hardware-, software-, connectiviteits- en netwerkgerelateerde problemen op.
•
Ondersteun het levenscyclusbeheer van apparaten, inclusief inventarisregistratie, opzet, implementatie, onderhoud en vervanging.
•
Configureer en onderhoud beveiligingsoplossingen zoals VPN, antivirus, MDM, back-ups, firewalls en monitoringtools.
•
Zorg voor naleving van interne IT-beleidslijnen, beveiligingseisen en operationele normen.
•
Onderhoud en update technische documentatie, procedures en kennisbronnen.
•
Ondersteun netwerkbeheertaken met betrekking tot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN's en gerelateerde technologieën.
•
Draag bij aan IT-verbeteringen door automatisering, scripting en procesoptimalisatie-initiatieven.
•
Assisteer bij gebruikersbeheer, systeemconfiguraties en infrastructuurgerelateerde taken.
