Ben jij een enthousiaste starter met interesse in techniek? Bij Strukton Wegen & Beton bieden we een tweejarig traineeship waarin je verschillende facetten van werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering ontdekt, met volop ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Als Trainee Werkvoorbereiding en Uitvoering volg je een tweejarig programma waarin je kennismaakt met diverse aspecten van ons vakgebied. Gedurende het traineeship werk je op verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie, waarbij je elke zes maanden een nieuwe plek kiest samen met je begeleider. Naast praktijkervaring volg je een opleidingstraject dat speciaal is ontworpen voor trainees, met thema's zoals bedrijfscultuur, projectbeheersing en onze strategie. Je krijgt ook aanvullende training in jouw rol als werkvoorbereider of junior uitvoerder.
Functie-eisen

Enthousiaste starter of met maximaal 2 jaar werkervaring.
•
Technische opleiding, zoals civiele techniek of werktuigbouwkunde, of een gerelateerde opleiding met affiniteit voor techniek.

Rijbewijs vereist.
