About Icetubs

Icetubs specializes in premium ice baths designed for serious recovery enthusiasts, including athletes and wellness studios, across Europe. Under Beni, our CEO and co-owner, we have achieved €7 million in annual revenue with a dedicated team of nearly 20, selling through both B2B and D2C channels. As Beni transitions to the board alongside our founder, we are looking for a new CEO to lead the next phase of growth.

The Role

We are ready to elevate Icetubs to new heights, and we need a CEO to guide us. You will have full ownership of the company’s strategy, operations, and commercial execution, with a clear mission to grow revenue from €7 million to €25 million over the next five years while maintaining our strong culture. Your initial six months will focus on understanding the business, team dynamics, and customer needs, while executing the current plan. Following this, you will develop your own strategy and vision, rallying the team to support it.

You will lead our leadership team, including the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, COO, and CFO, and report directly to the board. With Beni and our founder stepping back from daily operations, you will have the authority to make impactful decisions, with the company’s history and expertise readily accessible.

What You Will Do

**Grow the Business**: Understand our operational landscape and industry to create a strategy that scales revenue from €7M to €25M across B2B and D2C. Identify key growth levers and capture market share.

**Own the Numbers**: Refine our unit economics, establishing clear metrics for marketing and sales to function as a unified revenue engine. Use data to guide decisions and maintain a consistent reporting rhythm.

**Build the Organization**: Foster a culture of trust and clarity, empowering the team to take ownership of their roles. Introduce necessary structure and processes without creating bureaucracy, and protect our evolving culture as we expand.
