The Role

You will be responsible for the development and improvement of formulations for hair dyes, bleaches, and related professional hair color products, ensuring performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. This includes designing, executing, and evaluating laboratory experiments to support formulation development and optimization, as well as analyzing test results to recommend formulation improvements based on scientific data and consumer insights.
