Are you an experienced Data Center Engineer with strong Electrical and Mechanical skills? Salute, a global leader in Data Center services, is expanding operations in new countries and seeking a Senior Data Center Facilities Engineer. You will be responsible for maintaining peak efficiency of all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center, ensuring better than 99.999% uptime for mission-critical servers. This includes planned preventative maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response to issues. You will also manage relationships with third-party vendors and oversee the execution of maintenance tasks.

Vereisten

•

Manage all SLAs towards customers to ensure 100% uptime (temperature, humidity, power, PUE/WUE).

•

Ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of planned maintenance by leveraging competent contractor/vendor resources.

•

Keep the Manager of Operations informed on all planned and corrective work.

•

Plan and implement customer-requested work in a timely manner.

•

Prepare detailed Method of Procedure for approval by the Manager of Operations.

•

Organize testing of mission-critical equipment.

•

Log all contractor/vendor work in systems and ensure compliance with approved procedures.

•

Respond to alarms and emergencies during normal working hours.

•

Monitor site safety standards and find ways to improve energy efficiency without sacrificing uptime.

Kwalificaties

•

Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems in data centers, including transformers, generators, UPS systems, and chillers.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•

Commitment to organizational excellence and continuous improvement.

•

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

•

Strong attention to detail and effective teamwork.
