Als Teamlead Letselschade Derden geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer 12 specialisten die zich bezighouden met letselschades op aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen. Je rapporteert aan de Teammanager Third Party en werkt samen met andere Teamleads aan het jaarplan van de afdeling, met een focus op jouw team en functiegebied.

Verantwoordelijkheden

•

Aansturen en coachen van het AVB-letselschade team, inclusief het beheren van de werkvoorraad en de kwaliteit van het werk.

•

Coördineren van werkprocessen binnen jouw functiegebied, implementeren van nieuwe activiteiten en begeleiden van projecten.

•

Voorstellen uitwerken voor het verbeteren en/of standaardiseren van werkprocessen, inclusief digitalisering.

•

Activiteiten afstemmen met collega-managers, broking en accountmanagement om hoge klanttevredenheid en kostenbeheersing te realiseren.

•

Targets realiseren en bijdragen aan de resultaten van Aon Claims.

Vereisten

•

Kennis en ervaring met het schadeproces, zowel intern als extern; ervaring met (letsel)schadebehandeling en aansprakelijkheidsschades is een pré.

•

Proactieve houding met kritisch denkvermogen en hands-on mentaliteit.

•

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, met het vermogen om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar oplossingen.

•

Teamspeler die energie haalt uit probleemoplossing en het coachen van collega's.

•

Creatief in het ontwikkelen van initiatieven die werkprocessen vereenvoudigen en/of digitaliseren.

•

Afgeronde wo-opleiding Rechten of vergelijkbaar, en in het bezit van het diploma Wft Schade Zakelijk of bereidheid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
