De Chief Operating Officer (COO) is verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, leiden en continu versterken van de operationele organisatie van Rebirth Development. De COO creëert de structuur, processen, teams en operationele discipline die nodig zijn om Rebirth te transformeren in een schaalbaar, hoog presterend vastgoedontwikkelingsbedrijf dat meerdere projecten gelijktijdig kan uitvoeren, terwijl kwaliteit, efficiëntie en financiële duurzaamheid behouden blijven.
Scope & Authority
De COO heeft de autoriteit om:
•
De dagelijkse operaties van Rebirth Development te leiden.
•
Alle operationele activiteiten te coördineren in ontwikkeling, bouw, verkoop, marketing, financiën en externe partners.
•
Operationele processen, governance-structuren en manieren van werken op te bouwen, verbeteren en implementeren.
•
Duidelijke eigenaarschap, verantwoordelijkheid en besluitvorming in de organisatie vast te stellen.
•
Operationele risico's te identificeren en corrigerende maatregelen te implementeren.
•
De uitvoering van strategische initiatieven die door de CEO zijn goedgekeurd, te stimuleren.
•
De lancering en operationele schaalvergroting van nieuwe bedrijfsactiviteiten, projecten en investeringsmogelijkheden te ondersteunen.
•
De CEO operationeel te vertegenwoordigen wanneer nodig.
