In this role, you will be instrumental in converting intricate technical information into user-friendly documentation that benefits both internal teams and external users. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to ensure accurate communication of technical details. Your contributions will span documentation for APIs, system logic, integrations, and user workflows, all within a fast-paced, product-driven setting.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Creëren, onderhouden en continu verbeteren van duidelijke, gestructureerde en gebruiksvriendelijke technische documentatie voor producten en systemen.
•
Analyseren van technische vereisten, specificaties, API's en systeemgedrag om nauwkeurige documentatie te produceren.
•
Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars, QA-engineers, productmanagers en andere belanghebbenden om technische informatie te verzamelen, valideren en verduidelijken.
•
Documenteren van API's, integraties, systeemworkflows, configuratieregels, foutafhandeling, randgevallen en release-gerelateerde wijzigingen.
•
Bestaande documentatie beoordelen en verbeteren om consistentie, nauwkeurigheid, leesbaarheid en afstemming op interne standaarden te waarborgen.
•
Deelnemen aan technische beoordelingen, peer reviews en documentatieplanningssessies om hoogwaardige output te garanderen.
•
Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van documentatiestandaarden, sjablonen, stijlgidsen, terminologie en best practices.
•
Ondersteunen van kennisdelingsinitiatieven en bijdragen aan het verbeteren van documentatieprocessen binnen teams.
