Over de organisatie

De Parel is een openbare school voor gespecialiseerd onderwijs aan kinderen van 4 tot 18 jaar met een lichamelijke beperking, chronische ziekte en/of meervoudige ondersteuningsbehoefte en/of in combinatie met een verstandelijke beperking. Wij bieden een veilige, inspirerende en uitdagende omgeving waarin kinderen zich spelenderwijs kunnen ontwikkelen.

De rol

Als Jonge Kind Specialist / Kleuterleerkracht begeleid je kinderen in hun eerste schooljaren en leg je een stevige basis voor hun verdere ontwikkeling. Je:

•

hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep en creëert een rijke speel- en leeromgeving met uitdagende hoeken;

•

observeert, volgt en ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van kinderen;

•

sluit aan bij de onderwijs- en ontwikkelbehoeften van ieder kind;

•

werkt thematisch en betekenisvol;

•

stimuleert spel als krachtige motor voor ontwikkeling en leren;

•

werkt samen met collega's, ouders en externe partners;

•

draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van het onderwijs aan het jonge kind.
