iLegends, a fully licensed and regulated Electronic Money Institution (EMI) in the Netherlands, is looking for an outstanding Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive and expand our operational, regulatory, and financial infrastructure. We operate SEPA, SWIFT, safeguarding accounts, and a modern payments ecosystem as we enter a major growth phase.

The Role

We are seeking a COO to oversee operations for our licensed Electronic Money Institution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in EMI operations, banking processes, and crypto compliance, along with a proven track record in leadership within high-growth financial environments.

Responsibilities

•

Lead end-to-end EMI operations, including safeguarding, reconciliation, and risk management.

•

Oversee payments, treasury, and core banking processes.

•

Manage crypto operational flows in accordance with MiCA regulations.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, compliance, risk, and product development.
