Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste docent Nederlands als tweede taal (NT2) voor de nieuwe inburgering in Schiedam. In deze veelzijdige rol geef je les en bied je mogelijk een-op-een begeleiding aan deelnemers, terwijl je samenwerkt met andere partners om hen te ondersteunen bij het opbouwen van een nieuw leven in Nederland.

De Rol

Als NT2 docent nieuwe inburgering geef je les aan en begeleidt deelnemers binnen de Z-route of B1-route. Je creëert een veilige omgeving waar nieuwkomers de Nederlandse taal en praktische vaardigheden leren om hun weg binnen de Nederlandse samenleving te vinden. Dankzij jouw persoonlijke aandacht kunnen cursisten zich op hun eigen niveau ontwikkelen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

•

Geven van lessen alfabetisering en inburgering naar A2 en B1-niveau.

•

Begeleiden van praktijkgerichte onderdelen van het lesprogramma.

•

Coachen van deelnemers in hun leerproces met aandacht voor verschillende leefgebieden.

•

Toetsen van de voortgang en voeren van voortgangsgesprekken met cursisten.

•

Registreren van gegevens conform het cursistvolgsysteem.

•

Afspraken maken met samenwerkingspartners voor praktijkgerichte onderdelen en onderhouden van contacten met andere begeleiders van de inburgeraar.
