Als Cluster Manager bij SIG leid je teams in de gehandicaptenzorg en inspireer je hen om de zelfredzaamheid en participatie van cliënten te bevorderen. Je werkt samen met diverse partners in het sociaal domein en draagt bij aan een zinvol leven voor cliënten.

De SIG is een professionele organisatie die ondersteuning biedt aan mensen met een beperking en/of autisme in Midden- en Zuid-Kennemerland. Wij geloven in kleinschalige, persoonlijke begeleiding op alle levensgebieden, waarbij zelfvertrouwen en zelfstandigheid centraal staan. Als Cluster Manager geef je richting aan teams en stimuleer je de participatie van cliënten in de samenleving.

Over de Organisatie

De SIG heeft als missie om cliënten te helpen een zinvol en gelukkig leven te leiden, waarbij transparantie, respect, autonomie en professionaliteit de kernwaarden zijn. We hebben een platte organisatiestructuur met korte communicatielijnen en werken samen met welzijnsorganisaties en gemeenten.

De Rol

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het integraal leidinggeven aan de teams binnen de SIG. Je creëert de voorwaarden voor optimale zorg en begeleiding, bevordert zelfreflectie en ondersteunt medewerkers bij zorginhoudelijke vragen. Je bent ook betrokken bij beleidsvorming en coördineert samenwerking met partners in de (behandel)keten.
