Part-time Payroll Administration | Sligro | Veghel at sligrofoodgroup

In this part-time role, you will assist the HR Payroll Administration department with various administrative tasks. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that employees of Sligro Food Group are paid accurately and on time. You will check worked hours, process expense claims and travel costs, and assist in drafting employer statements. Additionally, you will support calculations related to onboarding and offboarding and learn how collective labor agreements are applied in payroll administration. This position offers a unique insight into the world of HR and payroll while providing valuable practical experience.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Accurately process and verify administrative data to ensure correct salary payments.

•

Assist in processing expense claims, travel costs, and personnel changes.

•

Help in drafting employer statements.

•

Conduct various checks and contribute to an up-to-date and reliable personnel administration.

•

Work independently on your tasks while having the opportunity to consult with colleagues in the HR team.

Wanneer werk je?

You will be available at least 2 days a week starting in September. Working days are flexible and can be easily combined with your education. If you are taking a gap year, more hours per week are also possible. You will primarily work weekdays during office hours at our headquarters in Veghel.
