In this position, you will be responsible for various logistics tasks related to asset management. This includes receiving and labeling equipment, organizing transport to technical support, handling returns, and processing disposals. You will also support physical inventories and coordinate with account holders to ensure accurate asset tracking.
Responsibilities
•
Receive equipment in EBA and label it accordingly.
•
Organize transport of equipment to Technical Support.
•
Manage the return of replaced equipment and transfer it out of the account holder's BL in EBA.
•
Transport returned equipment to CSSC.
•
Process disposal requests, including letter preparation for ROS.
•
Support physical wall-to-wall inventory as required and coordinate with account holders.
•
Update the account holders' database and search for missing assets in systems or physically.
•
Handle turned-in equipment, including disposal, and follow up with account holders as their EOT date approaches.
•
Ensure all accounts have valid account holders; if not, search for replacements.
