Regio Noord-Drenthe | Hoofdlocatie Assen. In de rol van Teamleider Ambulancezorg geef je leiding aan ongeveer 50 ambulanceprofessionals in Noord-Drenthe. Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel spoedeisend als gepland patiëntenvervoer 24/7 mogelijk is. Je bent zichtbaar en toegankelijk, en je weet wat er speelt binnen je team. De mens staat centraal in jouw leiderschapsstijl. Je begeleidt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling, voert gesprekken over voortgang en verzuim, en creëert een veilige werkomgeving waarin openheid en respect vanzelfsprekend zijn.
Jouw rol
Je werkt nauw samen met een collega-teamleider en andere disciplines binnen de organisatie om medewerkers te begeleiden en te ontwikkelen. Je levert input voor beleid en werkwijzen, signaleert kansen en knelpunten, en draagt bij aan team- en organisatieontwikkeling.
