Ben jij gepassioneerd over speciaal voortgezet onderwijs? Wij zoeken een docent/mentor die een veilige en stimulerende leeromgeving kan creëren voor jongeren met unieke behoeften. Sluit je aan bij ons team en help ons de ontwikkeling van onze school vorm te geven.
Ligt jouw hart bij het speciaal voortgezet onderwijs? Of is het moment gekomen om de overstap te maken naar het speciaal voortgezet onderwijs? Dan is dit de baan voor jou! Je organiseert een veilige, uitdagende en stimulerende leeromgeving waarin jongeren zich gewaardeerd en gemotiveerd voelen. Je ziet iedere jongere met zijn eigen behoeften, interesses en talenten. Je bouwt met ons mee aan de ontwikkeling van onze school. We doen het samen. Je bent mentor en samen met je duo voer je alle mentortaken uit. Je geeft lessen op VMBO TL en H/V niveau, in kleinschalige klassen (12 tot max. 14 leerlingen).
Vereisten
•
Je hebt je lesbevoegdheid.
•
Je hebt wellicht andere relevante diploma's, bijvoorbeeld als biologie- of maatschappijleerdocent.
•
Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep en wilt ze graag leren kennen.
•
Je hebt een doelgerichte, gestructureerde en proactieve houding.
•
Je hebt een gezonde dosis humor gecombineerd met flink wat flexibiliteit.
•
Je bent voor 3 dagen beschikbaar, bij voorkeur van maandag t/m woensdag.
