De Rol

Je biedt vriendelijke en empathische ondersteuning aan patiënten via telefoon, e-mail of chat. Je verzorgt administratieve taken en houdt informatie nauwkeurig bij in ons CRM-systeem. Je werkt nauw samen met andere teams om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere stap van het proces soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Daarnaast verzamel je feedback van patiënten om onze diensten en producten te verbeteren.
