In deze rol werk je samen met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat alle betrokkenen gericht zijn op het succes van de klant. Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en hierop in te spelen. Daarnaast bezoek je klanten om groeikansen te signaleren binnen ons aanbod van portofoons, bodycams, noodknoppen en private netwerken. Je rapporteert regelmatig over de status van klantaccounts en de voortgang van lopende trajecten.
Vereisten
•
HBO werk- en denkniveau of MBO met relevante werkervaring als accountmanager
•
Drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in sales of accountmanagement
•
Affiniteit met techniek, ervaring in IT of techniek is een pré
•
Je kunt moeiteloos schakelen met zowel techneuten als directieleden
•
Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht
