We are looking for a skilled and proactive Product Designer to shape the user experience across Dwelly's suite of products, including Tenant Find, Property Management, Payments, and CRM. This role involves understanding user personas such as tenants, landlords, maintenance contractors, and Dwelly agents, and designing both customer-facing portals and internal tools that enhance operational efficiency.

About the Company

Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform that is expanding through a roll-up strategy by acquiring estate agencies. We utilize a dual approach: acquiring existing letting agencies to gain their recurring revenue portfolios and developing advanced technology to automate tenant management, payments, and property maintenance. Our mission is to integrate AI services to streamline business processes within traditional real estate agencies, transforming them into tech-enabled platforms that significantly improve user experiences.

The Role

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to elevate our current MVP products, focusing on clarity, usability, and craftsmanship in data-heavy internal tools while creating exceptional experiences for tenants and landlords. Additionally, you will help establish a foundational design system, patterns, and a lightweight design process at Dwelly.
