The Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will manage daily support operations for the ChainPoint platform, acting as the primary point of contact for complex or high-priority support cases. Your responsibilities will include coordinating support activities, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices, and maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders. You will also analyze recurring incidents to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the support process.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily support activities, balancing workload and priorities.

•

Serve as the first escalation point for complex support cases.

•

Monitor incidents and service requests to meet agreed service levels (SLAs).

•

Collaborate with consultants and product owners to resolve customer issues.

•

Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

•

Keep customers informed about the progress of their support requests.

•

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

•

Analyze recurring incidents and identify opportunities for structural improvements.

•

Prepare regular reports on service performance and improvement initiatives.

•

Contribute to planning and prioritization of support activities.
