Relocation to the United States — Norfolk, Virginia. We provide the NATO-5 visa. This position supports the force protection team, focusing on safety and security for traveling staff and event attendees. You will analyze travel data to identify high-risk destinations and assess security information from various sources to evaluate risks before travel. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive security briefings tailored to individual missions, developing security plans for high-risk events, conducting regular risk assessments and audits, and leading site surveys to identify vulnerabilities. You will also examine attendee lists for potential counter-intelligence risks, prepare security briefs for senior approval, and oversee events during registration and check-in. Coordination with local authorities and partner agencies for high-profile events will be essential, as will writing after-action reports and conducting post-event analyses. You will brief internal stakeholders on security requirements and operational priorities.

•
At least five years in security administration, risk management, criminology, public administration, or industrial security, with experience in planning and executing security operations for high-profile events and international travel.
•
At least three years of experience in planning security for major events involving senior leadership or large international operations.
•
A recognized risk management certification, such as project management professional or certified risk management professional, is required; counter-terrorism or crisis management certification is a plus.
•
Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret security data from open sources and other reports, transforming it into briefings and assessments.
•
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to local law enforcement.
•
Proficiency in advanced office tools, security databases, collaborative platforms, and open-source research.
•
Fluent professional English.
