Hybrid: remote, with trips to Mons, Belgium — three days on site every second week. Candidates eligible to apply include those with the right to work in the EU and UK-based candidates. This role involves being part of a small team dedicated to a real-time intelligence platform utilized by defense, national security, and NATO-aligned organizations across Europe. You will transform open-ended operational questions into reliable solutions for users in the field or operations centers. The core of your work will focus on Palantir Foundry, where you will design pipelines, ontologies, and applications that integrate live intelligence with the customer's operational data, including sensor feeds and mission context. You will take ownership of the entire process, from initial sketches to delivering dependable systems.
The Role
You will engage with defense and security users to identify their critical needs for situational awareness and force protection, then develop corresponding solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing, building, and deploying data pipelines, ontology models, and operator-facing applications on Palantir Foundry.
•
Integrating live intelligence into existing workflows, command-and-control tools, and common operating pictures to meet diverse information needs.
•
Creating and fine-tuning custom widgets based on user requirements.
•
Managing solutions from start to finish with minimal supervision, applying sound technical judgment.
•
Debugging across the entire stack — infrastructure, networking, and application — often in restricted or on-premise environments.
•
Acting as a trusted technical advisor for customer engineers and operators, relaying their feedback into product development.
•
Traveling to customer sites and operations centers in Europe, approximately 25% to 75% of the time.
