Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Verantwortung für den Service- und Wartungsbereich im Segment der Mobilkrane zu übernehmen. Sie stellen die Qualität und Prozesskonformität aller Service- und Wartungsaktivitäten sicher und identifizieren sowie berichten Abweichungen von Service oder Produkt. Zudem beteiligen Sie sich an der Ursachenanalyse und dokumentieren die Service- und Wartungsaktivitäten, um aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen beizutragen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen, um die Maschinen- und Betriebsanforderungen für Mobilkrane zu verstehen und optimieren interne Serviceprozesse und Schnittstellen, wie z.B. Ersatzteile, Logistik und technische Abteilungen.
Ihr Profil:
•
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich (Mobil)krane
•
Erfahrung in Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Serviceprozessen von schweren Maschinen und Geräten (Hydraulik, elektrische Systeme, Mechanik)
•
Erfahrung im Kundenservice sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs-, Produkt- und Serviceorganisationen
•
Technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Elektriker) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
•
Unternehmerisches Denken, praktische Einstellung, Teamfähigkeit und starke Kundenorientierung
•
Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze vor Ort. Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in Niederländisch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
