Core Requirements
- Professional Background: Demonstrated experience working within defense, aerospace, or large governmental organizations.
- Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of a NATO member country.
- Security Clearance: An active NATO Secret/Top Secret/Cosmic clearance is strongly preferred and may be mandatory for many assignments.
- Engagement Model: Candidates should be able to operate under a contractor or freelance arrangement.
