The Role

As a Network Engineer, you will design, develop, and test the network capabilities of advanced Combat Management Systems used on naval vessels. You will work in highly complex environments involving operator consoles, radar systems, optical sensors, and mission-critical infrastructure. You will be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and implementation to testing, validation, and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop network capabilities for naval Combat Management Systems.
• Test and validate network functionalities in complex environments.
• Collaborate with teams during the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with:
  • Routing & Switching
  • OSPF
  • PIM Multicast
  • Firewalling
  • Cisco IOS-XE
• CCNA certification (mandatory)
• Experience with:
  • Cyber Security
  • Cisco ASA
  • Compliance frameworks and security tooling
  • Linux (3+ years)

• CCNP certification
• RHCE certification

• Scaled Agile/Scrum environments
