The Role

As Night Auditor, you will be the main point of contact for the hotel during the night. You will blend hospitality with administrative precision, ensuring that every guest feels safe and welcomed. Your responsibilities will include managing both the front office and back office independently during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Professionally check guests in and out.
• Serve as the point of contact for inquiries during the night, both by phone and in person.
• Ensure safety and order within and around the hotel.
• Prepare and process administrative and financial reports.
• Report any unusual occurrences to the morning shift.
• Support colleagues as needed (e.g., room service, lobby presentation).

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or a similar role is advantageous.
• Must be independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with a reservation system such as Opera is a plus.
