The Role

As an Operations Associate in Inventory Control, you will analyze inventory and execute strategies to achieve accuracy and service levels. *This position may be part of a union.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Audit high-profile customer orders for accuracy and specific requirements.
• Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed.
• Investigate and resolve order/inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse associates to meet quality goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in an Operations Inventory/Quality Control environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
