As part of ArcelorMittal, we focus on sustainable material use worldwide. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance our business processes. In this role, you will ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations while managing ferrous and non-ferrous material processing. You will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and fostering a professional environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
•
Oversee daily operations in (non-)ferrous processing.
•
Monitor KPIs of shredders and processing plants.
•
Manage production planning to achieve capacity, quality, and delivery timelines.
•
Lead, motivate, and develop operators and site staff.
•
Initiate process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
•
Coordinate maintenance work to minimize machinery downtime.
•
Manage staff planning and overtime to meet operational demands.
•
Support budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX projects.
