As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and the enhancement of our business processes. You will align the organization's strategic goals with safe, efficient, and profitable operations, ensuring the optimal processing of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Your focus will be on productivity, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will manage the Yard Manager and operators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will engage in preparing and justifying CAPEX investments, contributing to strategic decisions regarding machinery and capacity expansions. Your commercial responsibilities will include maintaining existing relationships, building new partnerships, and identifying market opportunities. You will oversee the purchasing and sales of non-ferrous materials, monitor market trends, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure effective stock management.
