De Rol
In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of back-office operations for our domestic and international BPO clients. You will manage daily operations and support the onboarding of new clients.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Processing inbound and outbound payments through the Ohpen Platform
- Managing investment fund orders and NAV processing
- Performing operational reconciliations
- Coordinating monthly acceptance testing for new platform releases
- Monitoring and improving daily operational processes
Vereisten
- First experience in an Operations role within financial services or a relevant educational background
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Accurate, organized, and detail-oriented under time pressure
- Motivated to take ownership of work and grow independently with team support
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external clients
- Curiosity about fintech and eagerness to learn
