In de rol van organisatieadviseur Capaciteitsmanagement (ICM) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het management van Erasmus MC bij capaciteitsvraagstukken. Je fungeert als schakel tussen directie, zorgafdelingen en data, en biedt advies om samenwerking te bevorderen en capaciteit efficiënt in te zetten.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Adviseren van themadirecteuren, afdelingshoofden, managers en projectteams, zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd.
•
Monitoren van wachtlijsten en bezetting, signaleren van knelpunten en adviseren over mogelijke oplossingen.
•
Ontwikkelen en vormgeven van projecten gericht op capaciteitsmanagement.
•
Creëren en interpreteren van stuurinformatie in de vorm van rapportages.
•
Voorbereiden van capaciteitsoverleggen en presenteren van analyses en adviezen.
