McCain Appetizers Europe is a growing leader in the appetizers market, focusing on products made from fresh vegetables such as onion rings, breaded mushrooms, and wings. The Role

In this position, you'll begin with a handover from the previous shift and discuss order planning with management. You will operate one of the three production lines or eight packing lines, ensuring that the packing process runs smoothly and conducting quality control every hour. This role involves working in three shifts of eight hours each, with hours from 6:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 6:00.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the handover process from the previous shift.
• Collaborate with management to plan the day's orders.
• Operate assigned production or packing lines in coordination with colleagues.
• Ensure smooth packing processes and perform hourly quality checks.
• Work effectively in a team environment while also being able to operate independently.

Requirements

• Ability to operate modern machinery, including robots.
• Strong teamwork skills, with experience working alongside fellow operators.
• Capability to work independently while managing two packaging lines.
• Willingness to learn on the job; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
