Are you passionate about building a career in Payroll within the Human Resources department? At Medtronic, you will join a professional payroll team, ensuring that over 2000 employees in the Netherlands are paid accurately and on time. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity across our systems and ensuring that payroll-related changes are processed efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Validate and process data in our in-house payroll system.
• Ensure payroll, benefits reporting, and payments comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate closely with finance to ensure smooth payroll processing and support for our time tracking system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by working with the AskHR teams, HR Business Operations team, and broader HR Services team.
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries via the case management system (Service Now).
• Act as a strong advocate of the HR operating model, promoting its principles and educating internal customers on HR systems and processes.
• Update payroll information for employees on our HR Portal and research regulatory requirements for payroll processing.
• Respond to auditing and regulatory inquiries.

Vereisten

• Fluent (verbal and written) in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other relevant fields.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach with a focus on confidentiality and data protection.
• Experience in HR/Payroll, familiarity with payroll software (ADP), time tracking software (Kronos), and experience in a multinational company are considered advantages for the role.
