Verantwoordelijkheden

• Handle and resolve customer payroll-related inquiries, including discrepancies, system questions, and basic operational issues.
• Respond to tickets via email, chat, and other support channels while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Follow established workflows, documentation, and escalation paths to ensure consistent and accurate case resolution.
• Collect and verify relevant information needed to diagnose payroll issues effectively.
• Escalate complex or non-standard cases to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain clear, structured documentation of customer interactions, issue details, and resolution steps.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding case progress and resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of cross-functional payroll issues.

Vereisten

• 1–3 jaar ervaring in klantenservice, client services of operationele ondersteuningsrollen, bij voorkeur in een tech- of SaaS-omgeving.
• Sterke interesse in payroll, HR-operaties of financiële processen, met de bereidheid om diepgaande domeinexpertise op te bouwen.
• Ervaring met CRM- of ticketingsystemen om klantverzoeken te beheren en bij te houden.
• Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.
