Bij FITZ combineer je de zekerheid van een vast contract met de afwisseling van verschillende opdrachten. Je werkt steeds bij organisaties in jouw regio en leert daardoor verschillende salarissystemen, cao's, branches en werkwijzen kennen. De ene keer zorg je ervoor dat een salarisadministratie tijdens een zwangerschapsverlof probleemloos blijft draaien. Bij een volgende opdracht vervang je een payrollprofessional die aan een belangrijk project werkt en krijg je misschien zelf de kans om daarbij aan te sluiten. Heb je meer ervaring? Dan kun je organisaties ook adviseren over hun payrollprocessen, optimalisaties signaleren of bijdragen aan de inrichting van systemen.
Wat We Bieden
•
Direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
•
Een salaris van €3.000 tot €4.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring.
•
Ruimte om binnen de salarisschaal verder te groeien.
•
25 vakantiedagen, vakantiegeld en een goede pensioenregeling.
•
Een leaseauto met tankpas of de mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor een mobiliteitsregeling.
•
Een jaarlijks opleidingsbudget en ruimte om aanvullende opleidingen te bespreken.
•
PDL en/of VPS behalen via FITZ.
•
NIRPA-registratie en geaccrediteerde trainingen voor je PE-punten.
•
Vakinhoudelijke kennisdagen en AI-trainingen.
•
Opdrachten bij verschillende organisaties.
•
Regelmatig borrels, uitjes en andere momenten met je FITZ-collega's.
