At Gravity Team, a quantitative proprietary trading firm, we aim to balance supply and demand across global crypto markets. We are seeking a high-performance Perpetual Futures Quant Trader with extensive experience in derivatives or high-frequency trading, ready to take ownership of their vertical and drive immediate PnL results.
The Role
You will develop and refine high-frequency and systematic trading strategies for perpetual futures across major and altcoin markets. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing predictive models for execution, funding rate arbitrage, basis trading, and post-trade analysis. You will execute and manage cross-exchange and cross-instrument arbitrage, ensuring smooth settlement and minimizing failures.
