The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights AISBL is offering a remote internship for a Policy Researcher. This internship is tailored for students, graduates, and early-career researchers keen on policy research, human rights, governance, international relations, law, and public policy. Interns will receive structured guidance to enhance their research, analytical writing, and policy drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews on approved topics related to policy, law, human rights, governance, or international relations.
• Prepare research summaries, issue notes, and analytical briefs.
• Participate in online supervision or guidance sessions as required.
• Draft a research paper, policy brief, or analytical report under supervision.
• Revise written work based on feedback and research standards.
• Meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
• Adhere to ethical research practices, citation standards, and academic integrity.

Requirements

• Applicants may include Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral students.
• Recent graduates or alumni from recognized universities.
• Early-career professionals interested in research and policy analysis.
• Candidates from law, human rights, international relations, political science, public policy, governance, social sciences, management, business, economics, education, environmental studies, medicine, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Good written English skills.
• Interest in policy research, human rights, governance, law, or related areas.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to follow research methodology and supervisor feedback.

What We Offer

Selected candidates will undergo a four-week methodology training program, followed by a four-week research writing phase.
